My life path dharma has always been experienced through the deep depths of my body & earth. They both are home to me and they both are the anchors to the embodiment of my soul. To know your deepest nature is to stay connected to these earthy gifts, whilst accessing your light.

My mother practiced yoga while I was in her womb and since then I have followed a strong foundation and respect for the physical body having spent my early years of life in some form of movement, especially in different forms of dance, choreographing or as a student and for the pure joy. My dream was to become a dancer!

I naturally then aligned to Yoga and moved into the stillness of meditation shortly afterwards. This yogic path took me on more than a decade of both learnt & embodied experiences through ashrams, transmissions from teachers of different lineages, full-time studies in yogic science (asana, pranayma, mediation, shatkarmas (cleansing) and philosophy. Ayurveda then choose me as a medicine for healing oneself and afterwards facilitating others through hands on treatments of this “whole-body” healing system. My hands are also in devotion to the divine through bhakti yoga playing my Indian harmonium to chant the songs of my heart. With a deep calling to the path of Tibetan Buddhism, sound healing and the art of mandalas I give gratitude to my teacher Lama Tendar.

With a curiousty for human behaviour, which started me off studying a degree in Psychology/Disability specialisation in deaf hard of hearing. As a women with nerodiversity I loved how language was expressed through signals of the body and this ended up leading me to focusing all my attention on the human body. With years of delving into learning through the foundations of physiology and anatomy, countless forms of bodywork, which lead me onto orientating all my offerings through somatic therapies to re educate the nervous system, bring deeper awareness of safety through the art of being held and healing to all systems to balance ones inner and outer world. Through accredited leadership-trauma informed programs I bring a polarity of innovative knowledge and life long integrated tools and maps through to firstly reastablish foundations of safety for reconnection to self. I will meet you though both the left and right hemispheres of the brain with verbal communication and sensory experienced learning for full understanding of how your unique system flows. My personal sadhana is anchored in these embodied tools to bring awareness through my heart & nervous System & womb. I dearly respect and listen to them for all my guidance in this moment in time.

Natural therapies became my passion weaving this through working with beauty and spa therapies, becoming a trained aromatherapist, making my own plant essences, becoming an advocate for mineral therapy, hand harvesting and producing my own skincare and medicinal products and just loving the vibration of using nature as medicine for my source in assisting me to tune into both mine and clients needs. Fundamentally I like to work in harmony with the seasons, building alters to honour cycles and be guided by its natural timing. Nature offers nurturing for our highest well-being.  This connection has lead me to the curiousityof exploring eco-therapy/energetics.

Creativity! My mother was a visual art teacher so it was only natural to move into art therapy as a way on bringing the body and mind into balance through giving the emotions a form of expression. My next biggest love is nature and art, they feed of each other to give me soul food.

As my journey evolves so does my work, the essence however that continues to weaves through everything that I offer is empowering oneself with the wisdom of our bodies and earth though Self-care/Soul-care.

My hearts purpose is to share what I have learnt (knowledge), lived (wisdom) and integrated… EMBODIED for over 17 years through the art form of Body Origami so you can embody your deepest nature.
